 40th SEFI Annual Conference |
In this time of change, the Faculty of Engineering of the
Aristotle University wishes to express its optimism for the
future of Engineering Education and for the generations of
young engineers to come. Facing a moment of transformation,
Europe - and SEFI - have set a number of priorities to
achieve before 2020. They are all related to growth, and engineering
has of course always been closely connected
with growth. Therefore, in order to better prepare future
engineers for this challenge, many aspects of the engineering
education have to be adapted, especially as far as
teaching and learning methods are concerned. The objective of the 40th Annual Conference of the European Society for Engineering Education - SEFI - is to contribute to the reflection on this near future and to recommend ways for the implementation of new and innovative actions. |
